Delicious cookies with only 3 ingredients for when you don't know what to make

Do you need to prepare something delicious and you only have few ingredients and little time to make them? In less than half an hour and with just three ingredients, you have delicious cookies to serve with tea or coffee.

These 3-ingredient cookies are very crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. With this recipe you make about 12 fairly large cookies, or you can make them smaller if you prefer.

I wanted to serve something delicious with the Arabic mint tea that I usually prepare on weekend afternoons, without spending a lot of time. I can say that they have been a complete success.

How to make cookies with only 3 ingredients and in less than half an hour

Making cookies with 3 ingredients and in less than 30 minutes is totally possible. Below, I share what ingredients you need and how to make them:

Ingredients you need to make cookies with 3 ingredients

To make these cookies you need walnuts, sugar and an egg. If you have it on hand, you can add a bag of vanilla sugar, but it is not necessary.

How to make 3 ingredient cookies

Before starting, preheat the oven to 180º, as you will have cookies ready to bake in just a few minutes.

Grind 225 grams of walnuts with 150 grams of sugar until you achieve the desired consistency. You can grind it until you have a sandy texture or you can leave small nutty pieces. Personally, I like to leave small pieces, these will give a crunchier texture to the cookie. Add an L size egg (preferably room temperature) and mix with a spatula, then continue by hand until mixed well. If you want, you can add a bag of vanilla sugar.

Make balls and put them on a baking tray on baking paper. Flatten the balls slightly. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown, as every oven is different.

Once you take them out of the oven, you can let them cool, although they are delicious even when they are still warm.
