Ingredients

  • 1.1 kg mature tomatoes

  • half green pepper

  • half cucumber, peeled

  • half onion

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons of white vinegar o apple cider vinegar

  • A piece of bread

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend.
  • if the consistency is too thick, add some water.
  • If you want a Spanish Soup - Gazpacho Manchego without chunks, you can strain it.
