Why make a Chinese Tomato Soup?

Chinese Tomato Soup is one of my favorite dishes in a Chinese restaurant. The combination of sweet and sour, egg and the crunchy sprouts, I love it! But if I can choose to eat in a restaurant, or eat at home, that's for sure! The best place to be is at home! At home, I know exactly what ingredients I use and that gives me a lot of peace of mind.

The homemade version of Restaurant Chinese Tomato Soup tastes the same and even better, and it is much easier than it seems, you just have to follow this recipe. The good thing is that you can add or remove whatever you want. You can add chicken, other vegetables and even Chinese noodles.
