Con ingredientes muy simples consigo un pan delicioso que gusta a todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, tengo una an\u00e9cdota bastante graciosa: a mi segunda hija le salieron los dientes comiendo kesra. Como es un pan durito, le aliviaba mucho las enc\u00edas, y siempre decimos en casa que los dientes le salieron gracias a la kesra\u2026 \u00a1porque adem\u00e1s le salieron bastante tarde!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque tradicionalmente se puede comer acompa\u00f1ando sopas u otros platos, en casa siempre la tomamos en el desayuno, reci\u00e9n hecha y calentita. Hasta el m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o la disfruta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora imag\u00ednate un pan crujiente, caliente, reci\u00e9n hecho por la ma\u00f1ana\u2026 mejor no me enrollo m\u00e1s\u2026 porque como siga escribiendo, me entran ganas de ir a la cocina a hacer otra kesra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a1Vamos con la receta!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo hacer Kesra Argelina paso a paso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ver\u00e1s que hacer&nbsp;<strong>kesra argelina<\/strong>&nbsp;es mucho m\u00e1s sencillo de lo que parece. No necesitas t\u00e9cnicas complicadas ni ingredientes dif\u00edciles de encontrar, solo mezclar, dar forma y cocinar con calma para que quede bien tostado por fuera. En pocos pasos tendr\u00e1s un pan casero delicioso, perfecto tanto para el desayuno como para acompa\u00f1ar tus platos favoritos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes que necesitas para hacer kesra <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 g de s\u00e9molina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>135 ml de agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 g de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 g de levadura qu\u00edmica (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1&nbsp;<em>La receta tradicional suele llevar solo semolina, aceite, agua y sal, aunque algunas versiones modernas a\u00f1aden levadura para mejorar la textura.<\/em> (Yo la he hecho de las dos maneras, con levadura y sin, y sale bien de las dos formas.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo hacer kesra paso a paso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paso 1 &#8211; mezclar semolina y aceite<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>En un bol grande, a\u00f1ade la semolina y el aceite de oliva virgen extra. Despu\u00e9s, dale la vuelta cada 5 minutos unas 3 o 4 veces, ayud\u00e1ndote de un plato como si fuera una tortilla. Durante la cocci\u00f3n, presiona suavemente toda la superficie de la kesra con alg\u00fan utensilio que tengas a mano, como un vaso o una taza. Yo, por ejemplo, utilizo el mismo papel de hornear con el que la pas\u00e9 a la sart\u00e9n: lo doblo varias veces y voy presionando unos segundos cada zona para que se cocine de manera uniforme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora s\u00ed, ya puedes disfrutar de tu kesra. Eso s\u00ed, d\u00e9jala enfriar unos 5 minutos porque va a estar muy caliente. <em>Bismillah<\/em>\u2728<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consejos para que salga perfecta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No a\u00f1adas toda el agua de golpe, ve poco a poco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Puedes cocinarla en sart\u00e9n o plancha.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Debe quedar&nbsp;<strong>ligeramente crujiente por fuera y tierna por dentro<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vas a saber que est\u00e1 hecha cuando est\u00e9 bien dorada por fuera.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Con qu\u00e9 acompa\u00f1ar la kesra<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La kesra es muy vers\u00e1til.
