En casa hemos pasado unas semanas intensas, y para rematar, yo he enfermado tambi\u00e9n. A veces la vida familiar nos pide hacer pausas, y est\u00e1 bien hacerlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como mam\u00e1 de tres \u2014mi hijo mayor, mi ni\u00f1a de a\u00f1o y medio y un beb\u00e9 que acaba de empezar a probar sus primeras comidas\u2014, paso gran parte de mi tiempo preparando recetas sencillas, nutritivas y adaptadas a ellos. Es lo que cocino cada d\u00eda, y quiero que este espacio refleje esa parte tan real y cotidiana de mi vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este proceso tambi\u00e9n he sentido la necesidad de hacer cambios importantes. He decidido\u00a0<strong>eliminar mis redes sociales<\/strong> para dedicar m\u00e1s tiempo y presencia a lo que realmente importa:\u00a0<strong>mis hijos y mi familia<\/strong>. Ellos son mi mayor motivaci\u00f3n, y este blog sigue siendo mi rinc\u00f3n tranquilo donde compartir lo que m\u00e1s disfruto \u2014cocinar con amor y cuidar a mi familia trav\u00e9s de la comida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos muffins son justo eso: un ejemplo de c\u00f3mo lo simple puede ser delicioso y nutritivo. Hechos con fruta natural, avena y crema de almendras, son suaves y dulces sin necesidad de az\u00facar, perfectos para beb\u00e9s, ni\u00f1os o para acompa\u00f1ar un caf\u00e9 en familia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo hacer muffins de pera y avena saludables<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta receta es la que preparo para merendar cuando de un d\u00eda a otro tengo peras peque\u00f1as que necesitan ser usados. Una receta f\u00e1cil, r\u00e1pida pero sobretodo muy saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes que necesitas para hacer muffins de pera y avena<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 peras peque\u00f1as maduras (trituradas o ralladas finas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 banana muy madura (machacada con un tenedor)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 taza de copos de avena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de mantequilla de almendra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de canela<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de semillas de ch\u00eda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de levadura <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paso a paso de c\u00f3mo hacer muffins de pera y avena<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos muffins de pera avena salen esponjosos, dulces y perfectos para snack o desayuno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paso 1 &#8211; mezclar ingredientes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezcla la pera rallada, la banana machacada con la mantequilla de almendra hasta integrar. A\u00f1ade la avena, canela, levadura y semillas chia. Mezcla bien (la textura debe quedar h\u00fameda pero no l\u00edquida; si est\u00e1 muy seca, agrega un poco m\u00e1s de pur\u00e9 de pera).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paso 2 &#8211; repartir en el molde y hornear<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Extiende la mezcla en un molde para muffins previamente engrasada (con aceite de coco o de oliva).
