Con esta receta haces 8 panes, las puedes congelar f\u00e1cilmente. Se conservan genial, aunque no hay nada como un pan reci\u00e9n hecho. M\u00e1s abajo tienes la Video Receta de esta receta de Panes Caseros Rellenos de H\u00edgado de Pollo para que te sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de seguir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo hacer los panes f\u00e1cilmente rellenables<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta receta haces 8 panes, las puedes congelar f\u00e1cilmente y sacaras cuando las vayas a usar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes que necesitas para hacer los panes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 gramos de semolina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de az\u00facar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de levadura de panader\u00eda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 mililitros de agua tibia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aprox. 450 gramos de harina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 gramos de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harina y semolina extra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo hacer los panes f\u00e1cilmente rellenables<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>En un bowl a\u00f1ade la semolina (p\u00e1sala por un colador), az\u00facar y levadura, mezcla y a\u00f1ade el agua. T\u00e1palo con film transparente y d\u00e9jalo reposar unos 20 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez pasados 20 minutos, remueve la mezcla y a\u00f1ade dos cucharadas de aceite de oliva. A\u00f1ade poco a poco la harina (p\u00e1sala por el colador) y mezcla con una esp\u00e1tula hasta que tengas que seguir a mano. Amasa durante unos 10 minutos, la masa quedar\u00e1 algo pegajosa pero no hasta el punto que no puedes manejar la masa. Si queda muy pegajosa a\u00f1ade m\u00e1s harina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mete la masa en un bowl engrasado con aceite de oliva y t\u00e1palo con film transparente. D\u00e9jalo reposar durante 1 a 1,5 horas, o hasta que haya doblado su tama\u00f1o. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saca la masa del bowl y ponlo sobre una superficie enharinada. Div\u00eddelo en 4 partes. Cubre una bandeja con una capa fina de semolina, forma bolas de las 4 partes de masa y ponlas en la bandeja cubierta de semolina. Aseg\u00farate que todas las bolas de masa tengan semolina por ambas partes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con un rodillo, aplasta cada bola de masa y forma un c\u00edrculo, la masa queda finita. C\u00f3rtalo por la mitad y ponlos en una bandeja de hornear sobre papel de horno. He usado 2 bandejas, en cada bandeja me caben 4 panes. Hornea durante 5 a 6 minutos m\u00e1s, o hasta que tengan un color dorado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e1calas del horno y d\u00e9jalas enfriar sobre una rejilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras prepara el h\u00edgado o cualquier relleno a tu gusto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo hacer que el h\u00edgado de pollo (kebda mchermla) quede delicioso<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De todos los h\u00edgados, el de pollo es el que m\u00e1s me gusta (aunque mi familia no esta del todo de acuerdo conmigo). Tiene una textura suave y preparadas de la manera correcta son muy deliciosas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes que necesitas para hacer el h\u00edgado <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aproximadamente 900 gramos de h\u00edgado de pollo <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal y pimienta a gusto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de alcaravea (es una especie que me encanta, sinceramente no se si lo venden en los supermercados, nosotros los compramos en la carnicer\u00eda \u00e1rabe, ah\u00ed no solamente encuentras carne muy deliciosa sino que suelen vender muchos tipos de especias y otros productos a muy buen precio).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de tomate concentrado <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un chorrito de agua <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de vinagre blanco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unas ramitas de perejil fresco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 patatas para hacer patatas fritas (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo preparar el h\u00edgado<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Le quito todas las partes blanquitas al h\u00edgado, creo que no es necesario pero yo prefiero quit\u00e1rselo. C\u00f3rtalo en trozos y calienta un chorro de aceite de oliva en una sart\u00e9n. A\u00f1ade el h\u00edgado, sal y pimienta a gusto y la cucharadita de alcaravea. Remueve y a\u00f1ade los ajos prensados. Pon la tapa y remueve de vez en cuando. Div\u00eddelo en 4 partes. Cubre una bandeja con una capa fina de semolina, forma bolas de las 4 partes de masa y ponlas en la bandeja cubierta de semolina. Aseg\u00farate que todas las bolas de masa tengan semolina por ambas partes.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1707825841993965\" class=\"direction-step\">Con un rodillo, aplasta cada bola de masa y forma un c\u00edrculo, la masa queda finita. C\u00f3rtalo por la mitad y ponlos en una bandeja de hornear sobre papel de horno. He usado 2 bandejas, en cada bandeja me caben 4 panes. C\u00fabrelas con un pa\u00f1o de cocina seco durante aproximadamente 30 minutos.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1707825858091990\" class=\"direction-step\">Horn\u00e9alas a 200\u00ba durante unos 6 minutos, ver\u00e1s que se han hinchado y que empiezan a coger un ligero color dorado, dales la vuelta. Hornea durante 5 a 6 minutos m\u00e1s, o hasta que tengan un color dorado.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-17078258653751007\" class=\"direction-step\">S\u00e1calas del horno y d\u00e9jalas enfriar sobre una rejilla.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-17078258664571012\" class=\"direction-step\">Mientras prepara el h\u00edgado o cualquier relleno a tu gusto<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1707825790770879\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Ingredientes que necesitas para hacer el h\u00edgado <\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-17078259033021065\" class=\"direction-step\">Le quito todas las partes blanquitas al h\u00edgado, creo que no es necesario pero yo prefiero quit\u00e1rselo. C\u00f3rtalo en trozos y calienta un chorro de aceite de oliva en una sart\u00e9n. A\u00f1ade el h\u00edgado, sal y pimienta a gusto y la cucharadita de alcaravea. Remueve y a\u00f1ade los ajos prensados. Pon la tapa y remueve de vez en cuando. <\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-17078260937512229\" class=\"direction-step\">Mientras tanto puedes ir haciendo las patatas fritas.<\/li><li
