Estos croissants de mantequilla, rellenos de crema pastelera casera y decorados con un precioso glaseado rosa, dejar\u00e1n a m\u00e1s de una persona con la boca abierta. Y no solamente por preciosos, \u00a1tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n deliciosos!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hace unas semanas, vi pasar un v\u00eddeo de unos Croissants Rellenos con un glaseado de color rosa. Por supuesto, no me los saqu\u00e9 de la cabeza, hasta que vi croissants en el supermercado y decid\u00ed que era el momento de hacerlas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He usado croissants de mantequilla comprados en el supermercado, crema pastelera casera y un precioso glaseado rosa a base de az\u00facar glass, leche y colorante rosa. Hacer estos preciosos croissants rosas no es ning\u00fan misterio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes que necesitas para hacer esta receta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para hacer estos deliciosos croissants necesitas los siguientes ingredientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Croissants de mantequilla:<\/strong> necesitas 5 croissants de mantequilla <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes que necesitas para hacer la crema pastelera<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Leche: <\/strong>500 mililitros de leche <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Az\u00facar:<\/strong> 100 gramos de az\u00facar blanco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Yemas de huevo:<\/strong> necesitas 4 yemas de huevo <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Az\u00facar vainillado:<\/strong> una bolsita de az\u00facar vainillado (8 gramos)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Harina:<\/strong> para espesar la crema pastelera necesitas 50 gramos de harina <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes que necesitas para hacer el glaseado rosa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Az\u00facar glass:<\/strong> necesitas 200 gramos de az\u00facar glass para hacer el glaseado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leche:<\/strong> unas gotas de leche para hacer el glaseado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Colorante rosa:<\/strong> usa muy poquita cantidad de colorante rosa hasta obtener el color deseado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo se hacen los Croissants Rellenos de Crema Pastelera <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La crema pastelera necesita un tiempo para enfriar, por lo que recomiendo que empieces por este paso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo hacer la crema pastelera para rellenar los croissants<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Calienta la leche y disuelve el az\u00facar vainillado, cuando est\u00e9 a punto de hervir apaga el fuego. <br>Mientras, pon las yemas de huevo en un bowl junto con el az\u00facar blanco, bate a mano durante unos 2-3 minutos hasta que el az\u00facar y las yemas se hayan mezclado bien y la mezcla tenga un color m\u00e1s claro. Ahora a\u00f1ade aproximadamente la mitad de la harina y b\u00e1telo a mano hasta que quede incorporado. Luego a\u00f1ade la otra mitad de la harina e incorp\u00f3ralo tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1ade poco a poco la mitad de la leche caliente. Cuando hayas incorporado la mitad de la leche, vuelve a meterlo en la olla con la otra mitad de la leche. <br>Enciende el fuego a temperatura medio\/bajo y no dejes de remover hasta obtener una mezcla espesa. Ponlo en un cuenco y pon film transparente por encima tocando la crema pastelera para que no se forme una capa cuando se enfr\u00ede. D\u00e9jalo enfriar de 1 a 2 horas, si est\u00e1 tibio puedes meterlo en la nevera para que enfr\u00ede antes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo hacer el glaseado rosa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras la crema pastelera enfr\u00eda, pon el glaseado sobre los croissants para que vaya secando. Mezcla 200 gramos de az\u00facar glass con un poco de leche hasta obtener una mezcla espesa. A\u00f1ade la leche muy poco a poco porque pasa de espeso a l\u00edquido muy r\u00e1pidamente. Abre los croissants antes de poner el glaseado dejando un lado cerrado para que cuando pongas el relleno no se salga por todas partes. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo rellenar los croissants<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando la crema pastelera ha enfriado, m\u00e9tela en una manga pastelera y rellena los croissants. \u00a1Esto es todo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si no tienes una manga pastelera, puedes meter la crema pastelera dentro de una bolsita de pl\u00e1stico y cortarle un trocito en la esquina de la parte de abajo. Quedar\u00e1 una peque\u00f1a apertura por la cual puede salir la crema pastelera. De esta manera tendr\u00e1s una manga pastelera sin tener que comprar una. Mezcla 200 gramos de az\u00facar glass con un poco de leche hasta obtener una mezcla espesa. A\u00f1ade la leche muy poco a poco porque pasa de espeso a l\u00edquido muy r\u00e1pidamente.
