Una receta f\u00e1cil de pollo con champi\u00f1ones en una salsa que lleva muuuucha nata para que mojes unas patatas fritas caseras, pan o lo acompa\u00f1es con arroz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando digo que lleva mucha nata, es que lleva mucha cantidad. Lleva bastante cantidad de nata de cocinar y adem\u00e1s nata agria.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No solamente es un plato con el que quedar\u00e1s muy bien, sino que es f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pido de preparar. \u00a1Esta receta lo tiene todo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estoy deseando que hagas esta receta y me comentes que te ha parecido abajo en los comentarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes que necesitas para hacer esta receta de Pollo con Champi\u00f1ones y Nata<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n comparto los ingredientes que he usado para hacer esta receta extra cremosa de pollo con champis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pechuga de pollo:<\/strong> necesitas una pechuga de pollo, la que us\u00e9 para hacer esta receta pesaba unos 400 gramos, aunque puedes a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s o menos pollo y el resultado ser\u00e1 el mismo. El pollo se a\u00f1ade cortado en cubitos del tama\u00f1o que prefieras.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Champi\u00f1ones:<\/strong> necesitas 500 gramos de champi\u00f1ones, s\u00e9 que parece mucho, pero los champi\u00f1ones al hacerlas se hacen peque\u00f1as. Los champi\u00f1ones se limpian y se laminan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mantequilla:<\/strong> necesitas 100 gramos de mantequilla (50 gramos + 50 gramos)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cebolla:<\/strong> una cebolla blanca picada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ajo:<\/strong> dos dientes de ajo prensados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tomate concentrado:<\/strong> necesitas una cucharada y media de tomate concentrado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nata de cocinar:<\/strong> necesitas 400 mililitros de nata de cocinar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nata agria:<\/strong> 200 mililitros de nata agria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Caldo de verduras:<\/strong> necesitas un cubito de caldo de verduras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agua:<\/strong> 90 mililitros de agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sal y pimienta:<\/strong> a\u00f1ade sal y pimienta a gusto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Perejil fresco:<\/strong> decora los platos con un poco de perejil fresco picado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo se hace el Pollo con Champi\u00f1ones y Nata Extra Cremoso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En una olla o sart\u00e9n calienta 50 gramos de mantequilla y a\u00f1ade los champi\u00f1ones laminados. Hazlos a fuego alto durante unos 5-6 minutos o hasta que hayan cogido un color oscuro. A continuaci\u00f3n a\u00f1ade la cebolla picada y baja el fuego a fuego medio, d\u00e9jalo unos 3 minutos y luego incorpora el ajo prensado. D\u00e9jalo aproximadamente un minuto m\u00e1s y ret\u00edralo del fuego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la misma olla o sart\u00e9n, calienta otros 50 gramos de mantequilla y a\u00f1ade la pechuga de pollo cortada en cubitos, salpimienta ligeramente. D\u00f3rala y a\u00f1ade los champi\u00f1ones que hab\u00edas reservado. Tambi\u00e9n incorpora el tomate concentrado, el cubito de caldo (desmen\u00fazalo con las manos) y el agua. Remueve y d\u00e9jalo a fuego medio durante unos 3 minutos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Ahora toca darle mucha cremosidad! A\u00f1ade la nata, pon la tapa y d\u00e9jalo a fuego bajo durante unos 10 minutos. Por \u00faltimo, a\u00f1ade la nata agria.
