Puedes preparar bastante cantidad y guardarlo para hacer en los siguientes d\u00edas. Incluso puedes congelarlos crudos y hacerlos cuando se te apetezca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Falafel es una comida alta en prote\u00ednas vegetales y vitaminas. Es un plato muy equilibrado si lo preparas con unos panes de pita caseros, salsa de yogur casera y abundantes verduras. Te dejar\u00e1 llena y satisfecha durante mucho tiempo sin sentir esa pesadez que puedes sentir con algunas comidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta receta para hacer Falafel casero, podr\u00e1s hacer aproximadamente 28 croquetas de Falafel bastante grandes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredientes que necesitas para hacer esta receta de Falafel Crujiente<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n te comparto qu\u00e9 ingredientes que usado para hacer las mejores croquetas de Falafel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Garbanzos crudos:<\/strong> el ingrediente m\u00e1s importante son los garbanzos crudos, si buscas esa textura crujiente por fuera en el Falafel y suave por dentro, si o si necesitas usar garbanzos crudos, o sea, garbanzos que no vienen en bote precocinados. Eso s\u00ed, planifica hacer Falafel con un poco de tiempo ya que tendr\u00e1s que dejar los garbanzos en remojo durante unas 24 horas. Para hacer esta receta de Falafel, necesitas una bolsa peque\u00f1a de garbanzos (500 gramos en seco)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cilantro fresco:<\/strong> el cilantro le da un frescor y sabor incre\u00edble, si no eres de las personas que piensas que el cilantro sabe a jab\u00f3n. Si ese es el caso, no le pongas y simplemente sube la cantidad de perejil. Sino, puedes usar un procesador de alimentos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bowl: <\/strong>necesitas un bowl grande para meter la mezcla que has hecho con la batidora<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Esp\u00e1tula de silicona:<\/strong> te viene bien tener una esp\u00e1tula de silicona a mano para sacar la mezcla de la batidora<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Papel de cocina: <\/strong>cuando hayas frito las croquetas de Falafel, es conveniente ponerlas sobre papel de cocina para que el papel absorba el exceso de aceite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00f3mo hacer Falafel Casero<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hacer Falafel Casero es muy sencillo y te explico paso a paso c\u00f3mo hacer esta delicia de la cocina \u00e1rabe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes que nada, es importante preparar bien los garbanzos. Pon los garbanzos secos en un bowl con abundante agua durante unas 12 horas. Cuando haya pasado este tiempo, qu\u00edtale el agua y a\u00f1ade una cucharadita de bicarbonato si tienes en casa y vuelve a llenarlo de agua para dejarlo aproximadamente otras 12 horas. Si no tienes bicarbonato no pasa nada, simplemente c\u00e1mbiale el agua a los garbanzos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que hayas remojado los garbanzos ya puedes hacer esta deliciosa receta de Falafel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es tan f\u00e1cil como triturar todos los ingredientes menos la harina y el pan rallado. Cuando est\u00e9 todo triturado, pon la mezcla en un bowl grande y a\u00f1ade la harina y el pan rallado. Am\u00e1salo con las manos y d\u00e9jalo reposar unos 30 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando haya reposado, puedes hacer la forma que m\u00e1s te guste, por ejemplo bolas. Ponlas en un plato y d\u00e9jalo reposar otros 10 minutos antes de fre\u00edrlos. Calienta el aceite y fr\u00edelos hasta que queden dorados (unos 5-8 minutos).
