Consiste en verduras rellenas de carne picada con especias y arroz, hechas en una salsa ligera con garbanzos. Puedes usar verduras como patatas, tomate, calabac\u00edn, pimientos o alcachofas. Las verduras que yo habitualmente uso son calabacines y patatas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las verduras quedan muy suaves y deliciosas, es un plato ideal para servir durante Ramad\u00e1n, ya que es una comida muy equilibrada. Pero tambi\u00e9n para alg\u00fan d\u00eda en el que quieras sorprender a tu familia o invitados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le he dado mis propios toques a esta receta de Dolma Argelina, y estoy segura de que te va a encantar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin duda vale la pena hacer esta receta y estoy segura de que la repetir\u00e1s una y otra vez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes que necesitas para hacer Dolma Argelina<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta receta es para preparar una deliciosa Dolma Argelina para unas 5-6 personas. Si sois 2-3 personas y no quieres que te sobre comida, simplemente divide las cantidades en dos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Relleno de las verduras<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Carne picada:<\/strong> usa carne picada de ternera, es mejor que te la preparen en la carnicer\u00eda al momento. El sabor ser\u00e1 much\u00edsimo mejor que si la compras envasado en un supermercado. Necesitas 500 gramos de carne picada de ternera<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Especias:<\/strong> la carne picada lleva las siguientes especias\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Canela:<\/strong> usa 1\/4 cucharadita de canela molida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sal y pimienta:<\/strong> usa sal y pimienta a gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Arroz largo:<\/strong> usa 3 cucharadas de arroz largo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verduras<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Puedes usar las verduras de tu preferencia, patatas, calabac\u00edn, alcachofa, tomate o pimientos. Mi mezcla preferida es patatas y calabac\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Calabac\u00edn:<\/strong> usa dos calabacines. Las cortar\u00e1s en 3 partes cada una, por lo tanto, tendr\u00e1s 6 trozos de calabac\u00edn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Patatas: <\/strong>usa 5-6 patatas <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Salsa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Para hacer la salsa necesitas los siguientes ingredientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Agua: <\/strong>necesitas 1.5 litros de agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cebolla roja: <\/strong>usa media cebolla roja, rallada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aceite de oliva virgen extra:<\/strong> usa 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen extra o cualquier aceite con el que te guste cocinar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Garbanzos cocidos:<\/strong> necesitas 1 taza de garbanzos cocidos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Canela:<\/strong> usa 1\/4 cucharadita de canela molida y un palito de canela<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sal y pimienta:<\/strong> usa sal y pimienta a gusto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Perejil:<\/strong> decora con perejil fresco picado (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Utensilios de cocina que necesitas para hacer esta receta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para hacer esta Dolma Argelina uso los siguientes utensilios de cocina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tabla de cortar:<\/strong> uso una tabla de cortar para cortar las verduras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cuchillo:<\/strong> uso un cuchillo para cortar las verduras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pelador de patatas:<\/strong> un pelador de patatas para pelar las patatas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cucharita:<\/strong> uso una cucharita para ayudarme a vaciar las verduras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Olla:<\/strong> una olla mediana para hacer la Dolma Argelina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bowl:<\/strong> uso un bowl mediano para hacer la mezcla de carne picada con las especias<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Film transparente:<\/strong> uso film transparente para tapar el bowl donde hago la mezcla de carne picada con las especias, para dejarlo reposar en la nevera<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rallador:<\/strong> un rallador para rallar la cebolla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Utensilios para medir:<\/strong> una cuchara, medida de 1\/4 cucharadita, vaso de medici\u00f3n para medir el agua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como hacer Dolma Argelina<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparar Dolma Argelina es muy f\u00e1cil, simplemente tienes que seguir los pasos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prepara el relleno de carne picada<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo ideal es preparar la carne picada unas horas antes para que repose en la nevera y coja sabor. Mezcla todos los ingredientes del relleno menos el arroz, t\u00e1palo con film transparente y m\u00e9telo en la nevera unas dos horas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin ning\u00fan problema puedes mezclar todos los ingredientes y usarlo enseguida. El resultado ser\u00e1 delicioso de ambas formas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Haz la salsa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pon las dos cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen extra, o aceite que vayas a usar en la olla y cali\u00e9ntala. A\u00f1ade la cebolla roja rallada y abl\u00e1ndala (unos 5 minutos a fuego medio). A continuaci\u00f3n a\u00f1ade la canela, sal y pimienta y d\u00e9jalo a fuego medio durante unos 2 minutos. Finalmente, a\u00f1ade el agua, tapa la olla y d\u00e9jalo a fuego medio durante media hora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prepara las verduras<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u00edtale la partes de arriba de abajo de los calabacines. Corta cada calabac\u00edn en 3 partes y vac\u00edalas con la ayuda de una cuchara dejando un peque\u00f1o borde. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pela las patatas y vac\u00edalas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pon un poco de sal por dentro de las patatas y calabacines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Montaje de las verduras<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Saca la carne picada de la nevera, a\u00f1ade las tres cucharadas de arroz y mezcla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Llena las verduras de carne picada. Con la carne que te sobra haz peque\u00f1as bolitas en forma de alb\u00f3ndigas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pasos finales<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pon las patatas y los calabacines dentro de la salsa. A\u00f1ade tambi\u00e9n los garbanzos y las bolitas de carne picada. D\u00e9jalo a fuego medio durante 35 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez pasado este tiempo, las verduras estar\u00e1n blanditas y deliciosas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, sirve la Dolma Argelina en platos y decora con perejil fresco picado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Variaciones que puedes hacer <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Puedes a\u00f1adir un huevo y dos cucharadas de pan rallado a la carne picada, durante mucho tiempo lo prepar\u00e9 de esta manera. Hasta que un d\u00eda lo prepar\u00e9 sin huevos ni pan rallado y me sali\u00f3 delicioso. Desde ese d\u00eda hago la Dolma Argelina sin huevo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para espesar la salsa un poco, puedes usar la yema de un huevo. Saca un poco de salsa y d\u00e9jala enfriar un poco, a\u00f1ade la yema de huevo, bate y a\u00f1\u00e1delo a la Dolma Argelina. Mezcla todos los ingredientes del relleno menos el arroz, t\u00e1palo con film transparente y m\u00e9telo en la nevera unas dos horas.<br \/>Sin ning\u00fan problema puedes mezclar todos los ingredientes y usarlo enseguida. Corta cada calabac\u00edn en 3 partes y vac\u00edalas con la ayuda de una cuchara dejando un peque\u00f1o borde.<br \/>Pela las patatas y vac\u00edalas.<br \/>Pon un poco de sal por dentro de las patatas y calabacines.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16907422174142967\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Montaje de las verduras<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-64c3de245ff85\" class=\"direction-step\">Saca la carne picada de la nevera, a\u00f1ade las tres cucharadas de arroz y mezcla.<br \/>Llena las verduras de carne picada. Con la carne que te sobra haz peque\u00f1as bolitas en forma de alb\u00f3ndigas.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16907423657823004\" class=\"direction-step direction-step-group\"><strong class=\"direction-step-group-title\">Pasos finales<\/strong><\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-16907423681713009\" class=\"direction-step\">Pon las patatas y los calabacines dentro de la salsa. A\u00f1ade tambi\u00e9n los garbanzos y las bolitas de carne picada. Hasta que un d\u00eda lo prepar\u00e9 sin huevos ni pan rallado y me sali\u00f3 delicioso. Desde ese d\u00eda hago la Dolma Argelina sin huevo.<\/li><li>Para espesar la salsa un poco, puedes usar la yema de un huevo. Saca un poco de salsa y d\u00e9jala enfriar un poco, a\u00f1ade la yema de huevo, bate y a\u00f1\u00e1delo a la Dolma Argelina.
