La \u00fanica diferencia es que el smoothie\/batido que vas a preparar va a tener una consistencia m\u00e1s densa, casi como si fuera helado. Est\u00e1 preparado con fruta congelada, casi siempre la base es de pl\u00e1tano, pero puedes a\u00f1adir cualquier fruta que t\u00fa quieras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El smoothie\/batido, lo pones en un bowl en vez de en un vaso, y lo comer\u00e1s con cuchara. Pero antes, pon tus toppings favoritos por encima como: <a href=\"https:\/\/recetasbyoumbilal.com\/granola-sana-y-deliciosa\/\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\">granola casera<\/mark><\/a>, fruta fresca, frutos secos, semillas e incluso trocitos de chocolate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 un Mango Smoothie Bowl?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada a\u00f1o en julio empieza la temporada de mangos, por lo tanto, puedes conseguir mangos a muy buen precio. Cosa que yo aprovecho porque me encantan los mangos. \u00a1Y no puedo evitar preparar un Mango Smoothie Bowl cada vez que tengo un mango a mano!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El mango es una fruta muy dulce y suave, ideal para preparar este delicioso desayuno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes que necesitas para preparar este delicioso Mango Smoothie Bowl<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puedes preparar el Mango Smoothie Bowl como t\u00fa quieras, esta es la manera que me gusta m\u00e1s a m\u00ed, fresquito, suave, dulce, sano y con un toque crujiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pl\u00e1tano: <\/strong>necesitas un pl\u00e1tano congelado, eso s\u00ed, congela el pl\u00e1tano en trocitos para que lo puedas batir bien cuando lo saques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mango:<\/strong> para este Mango Smoothie Bowl, usar\u00e1s un mango entero. A poder ser, que est\u00e9 fr\u00edo y reci\u00e9n sacado de la nevera. Vas a usar medio mango para preparar el smoothie\/batido y la otra mitad es para poner por encima.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leche o agua:<\/strong> cuando vayas a triturar el pl\u00e1tano congelado con el mango, puede ser que necesites a\u00f1adir una o  dos cucharadas de agua o leche para que se pueda batir. Mi preferencia es usar leche, pero cualquiera de las dos cosas ir\u00e1 bien<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Semillas<\/strong> chia: usa 1\/2 cucharadita de semillas chia para decorar, no solamente sirven para decorar, sino que son muy saludables. Si no tienes semillas chia en casa, no te preocupes, prep\u00e1ralo sin y tendr\u00e1s un resultado delicioso de todas maneras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Almendras:<\/strong> para esta receta necesitas 6 almendras, pero puedes sustituir por nueces, avellanas o cualquier fruto seco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Granola:<\/strong> necesitas 1\/4 de vaso de granola, si sueles usar granola, prepara esta <a href=\"https:\/\/recetasbyoumbilal.com\/granola-sana-y-deliciosa\/\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-pale-pink-color\">granola casera<\/mark><\/a> que te durar\u00e1 un mes y te evitar\u00e1s muchas grasas, az\u00facares y sal innecesarios<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sirope de agave:<\/strong> usar\u00e1s una cucharada de sirope de agave para endulzar. Puedes usar tambi\u00e9n miel si lo prefieres<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Utensilios de cocina que necesitas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para preparar este Mango Smoothie Bowl he usado:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Batidora:<\/strong> para preparar un smoothie bowl, uso una trituradora, es peque\u00f1a y me da la sensaci\u00f3n que me va mejor que usar la batidora de vaso<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tabla de cortar:<\/strong> uso una tabla de cortar para cortar el mango <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cuchillo:<\/strong> uso un cuchillo para cortar el mango<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bowl:<\/strong> un peque\u00f1o bowl para poner el smoothie\/batido <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Utensilios para medir:<\/strong> necesitas 1\/4 vaso, una cuchara y una cuchara peque\u00f1a para medir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como preparar este delicioso Mango Smoothie Bowl<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es incre\u00edblemente f\u00e1cil preparar este desayuno, tan solo tienes que seguir los pasos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Primero corta el mango en dos, una parte la usar\u00e1s para el smoothie\/batido y la otra parte para ponerlo por encima. Si hace mucha calor, prepara el mango que vas a poner por encima antes para que no se te derrita el smoothie bowl mientras cortas la fruta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A continuaci\u00f3n, bate el pl\u00e1tano congelado con la otra mitad del mango. Si ves que la batidora no consigue triturar bien el pl\u00e1tano congelado y el mango, a\u00f1ade una o dos cucharadas de leche o de agua.
