Pero qui\u00e9n soy yo para cambiarle el nombre, seguiremos llam\u00e1ndolo pan de pl\u00e1tano. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Az\u00facar moreno:<\/strong> es menos procesado que el az\u00facar blanco, as\u00ed que mantiene mejor sus nutrientes. Tambi\u00e9n tiene un sabor diferente al az\u00facar blanco y queda genial en este pan de pl\u00e1tano. Puedes cambiarlo por az\u00facar blanco si quieres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Harina:<\/strong> usaremos harina de trigo com\u00fan, normalmente cualquier casa dispone de este ingrediente <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pl\u00e1tanos:<\/strong> necesitar\u00e1s pl\u00e1tanos muy maduros, cuanto m\u00e1s maduros est\u00e9n, m\u00e1s dulzura aportar\u00e1n y mejor te saldr\u00e1 el pan de pl\u00e1tano. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Canela:<\/strong> se usa bastante Canela para hacer este pan de pl\u00e1tano, adem\u00e1s de tener muchos beneficios para la salud, le da un sabor muy bueno. Tambi\u00e9n te dejar\u00e1 oliendo la casa incre\u00edble cuando metas el pan al horno. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Almendra molida:<\/strong> he optado usar Almendra molida para beneficiarnos de sus nutrientes. Si no tienes este ingrediente puedes sustituirlo por media taza de harina. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AOVE:<\/strong> aceite de oliva virgen extra, simplemente me encanta el toque del aceite de oliva en este pan. Si lo prefieres, puedes sustituirlo por la misma cantidad de aceite de coco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nueces:<\/strong> las nueces le dan un toque crujients, aunque las puedes omitir si quieres y saldr\u00e1 delicioso de todas maneras. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aroma de vainilla:<\/strong> para a\u00fan m\u00e1s sabor <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Levadura:<\/strong> no puede faltar la levadura en esta receta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sal:<\/strong> media cucharadita de sal para terminar <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Normalmente, el pan de pl\u00e1tano lleva uno o dos huevos y muchas veces alg\u00fan producto l\u00e1cteo como la mantequilla. Esta receta la he creado porque mi hijo es al\u00e9rgico a la leche y a los huevos. No puede tomar leche desde que es peque\u00f1o, pero hace poco le detectaron tambi\u00e9n alergia a los huevos. Me he visto en la obligaci\u00f3n de crear una receta de pan de pl\u00e1tano sin huevos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He conseguido crear una deliciosa receta de pan de pl\u00e1tano sin huevos, por dentro queda h\u00famedo y tiene la dulzura perfecta. Pero antes de empezar, enciende el horno a 180 grados cent\u00edgrados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora s\u00ed, machaca bien los pl\u00e1tanos maduros en un bowl con un tenedor. A\u00f1ade el aceite de oliva y mezcla. Una vez hecho esto, lo \u00fanico que hay que hacer es a\u00f1adir todo lo dem\u00e1s uno por uno en el siguiente orden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la harina tiene grumos, conviene tamizarla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vierte la masa en el molde previamente engrasado con un poco de aceite de oliva\u2026 \u00a1y que comience la magia! Al horno durante unos 35 minutos. \u00a1Ojo! Ten en cuenta que cada horno es diferente, la mejor manera de saber si est\u00e1 listo es pinchar un palito, si no queda masa l\u00edquida en el palo, el pan de pan pl\u00e1tano est\u00e1 listo.
